So this leg of the tour started in August and since then I believe I have put on 15-20 lbs. This is confusing to me since I have been running on the treadmill and I do on average about 8 shows a week....where I dance and run up and down a ramp. Hm. See, it can be really really difficult to eat well on tour. All to often it is just easy to pick up the phone and order a Pizza or Chinese. And after the last show of the day you truely feel like you wanna EAT. So as I was sitting in the dressing room looking at my gut today and magically waving my perfect jazz hands at it and chanting "go away" a co-worker said "Have you ever tried that slim fast stuff, it really worked for me". Um...call me crazy but I think I may give this a shot. I'm gonna get some light snacks and gronoala bars and have the bar at breakfast, then 
a shake after the first show and a shake BEFORE the second show-there is about a 6 hour gap there and then after the show a sensible dinner. I feel kind of crazy for trying this though. What do ya'll think?
