What time did I get up this morning? 3:45 a.m. Why? early morning publicity call. I had to be in the lobby of the hotel at 4:15a.m. Then got to the venue and had to be in make up and costume by 5:00a.m. until 7:00a.m. and smiling and happy about being on "the street" for the local news. I'm not complaining but seriously! It is hard to be so happy so early in the morning!

My body isn't a graveyard so I have chosen the vegan path, and I love it. I use weight watchers on and off to maintain my weight, lose that couple pounds when it's needed or just to get on track when I feel sluggish. Unfortunately I haven't found any cookbooks that cater to the point conscious vegan. And if you are of that mind, this blog is for you! I don't sit around munching on lettuce all day, I still enjoy food very much. I have a sweet tooth and love my comfort food! But all of that add's up, and I'm here to calculate it and share these point conscious recipes! So please, enjoy, and let me know what you think!

7:30... Missy was real nice, she got up & started my car. Unfortunately, she locked the keys in it.
Also, I feel for you... I Have to get up about 3:45am on the 18th to catch a flight.
So I read your title and thought you went to a pub this morning for drinks. I got up about 10.
I woke up at 7:45. I have stayed at the house of the boy I am dating a couple times this week and it is wonderful because I can sleep in a bit and take the 145 or 146 bus and be to work in 15 minutes downtown!
The first time or the second? First time at 3:00 with the little monster man--second at 7 which is late at our house.
Beth Miriam!? Is this the same Beth who designed costumes at the Pit? If so, what are you up to? If not, sorry to scare you.
And Beth, is your monster man a dog or a human?
I got up at 6:15, and will be getting up tomorrow on 3:15. Don't ask, I'll tell you later.
